​Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage strips and elongates the muscle fibers promoting fresh blood flow and oxygen to the area. This allows the muscle fibers to loosen, increasing functionality and pain relief over time.

Chair massage is benifical to those on a tight schedule, i.e. lunch breaks!! This is quick and comfortable way to recieve therapeutic swedish techniques to relieve muscle tension and stress.
